TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: May 2026 · Jolden Global Limited · Nairobi, Kenya
Please read these Terms carefully before using The Forge platform. They govern your relationship with Jolden Global Limited and define the standards you commit to as a Cadet. The Forge operates at an elite standard — these Terms reflect that.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Forge platform (forge.joldenglobal.com), booking an Identity Audit, enrolling in any phase, or interacting with the Forge AI agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Cadet" or "User") and Jolden Global Limited, a company registered in Nairobi, Kenya (BRS: PVT-JZUAV7YD), operating The Forge ("we", "us", "our").
2. The Forge Programme
The Forge is a structured professional development intervention — not a general education course. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The programme is designed to challenge your current identity, beliefs, and operating patterns.
• Progress is conditional on producing Proof Artifacts that meet The Forge Standard.
• The AI facilitator operates under a High Challenge, High Support methodology.
• Advancement between phases requires a minimum Forge Index score of 3/5 on all five dimensions.
• Artifacts that do not meet the standard will be returned with a Delta Report — not passed.
• The programme does not issue traditional certificates. It produces a Forge Profile — a living, compounding identity record.
3. Eligibility
To use The Forge platform you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment and all sessions.
• Not use the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
The Forge reserves the right to refuse enrollment or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Pricing and Payment
Current pricing (Batch 1):
• Free Identity Scan: $0
• Identity Audit: $97 USD / KES 10,000
• Individual Phases (2–6): $50 USD / KES 6,500 each
• Monthly Subscription: $49 USD / KES 5,000
Pricing increases with each batch. Batch 1 pricing is locked for enrolled Cadets only.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. M-Pesa payments are accepted via Paybill 400200. By making a payment you confirm that:
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• All payment information is accurate and complete.
• You authorise Jolden Global Limited to charge the stated amount.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and AI-facilitated sessions:
• Identity Audit fees are non-refundable once the audit session has been initiated.
• Phase fees are non-refundable once a phase session has been started.
• If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing a paid phase, we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund within 14 days.
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@joldenglobal.com within 7 days of payment.
We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the AI facilitation style or the programme's rigorous standard — this standard is disclosed in full before purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on The Forge platform — including but not limited to the Forge Intervention Framework, phase content, AI system prompts, Forge Index methodology, the Five Operator Roles, course structure, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Jolden Global Limited.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Forge content without written permission.
• Use Forge methodology, frameworks, or branding to create a competing product.
• Reverse-engineer or extract the AI system prompts or evaluation logic.
Your Proof Artifacts — the documents, statements, and work you produce during the programme — remain your intellectual property. The Forge retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data from artifacts to improve the intervention methodology.
7. Cadet Conduct
By enrolling, you commit to operating at the standard of a High-Value Operator. You agree to:
• Engage honestly and in good faith in all sessions and artifact submissions.
• Not submit work that is not your own without attribution.
• Not attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or game the Forge Index scoring.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Respect the confidentiality of the programme — you may not share proprietary Forge content publicly.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. AI Facilitation
The Forge uses AI technology (Anthropic Claude) to facilitate sessions. By using the AI agent you acknowledge:
• The AI operates under the Forge Intervention Framework and is designed to challenge, not comfort.
• AI responses are generated and may occasionally contain errors or limitations.
• The AI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice — all content is professional development in nature.
• Sessions are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counselling, or professional consultation.
• Conversation data is processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy.
If you experience distress during a session, stop the session and seek appropriate professional support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• The Forge platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Jolden Global Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes — professional development results depend on the Cadet's effort, honesty, and commitment to the programme standard.
10. Termination
Jolden Global Limited may suspend or terminate your access to The Forge at any time if:
• You violate these Terms of Service.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.
• You attempt to circumvent programme standards or AI evaluation.
• Payment is not completed or is reversed.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@joldenglobal.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
For international users: by using this platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts for any disputes related to these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active Cadets by email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
